Housekeeping: The establishment is cleaned daily. (Living room / Patio, Bedrooms, Toilets, Terrace, Kitchens, …)
Garbage and garbage cans are evacuated twice a day.
> if necessary, please let us know of any inconvenience.

Food: Food that has been opened is not preserved. We avoid storing too much merchandise.
Breakfasts, snacks and meals are prepared only on request / to order.
We will provide you / we provide, a bottle of water per day and per person.
> IT is STRONGLY advised against consuming running water / drinking water from city pipes. (instruction valid for all of Morocco.)
> You can wash yourself, including brushing your teeth, with running water from the pipes, but don’t DRINK it!

Treatments / Medicine: You must bring your medication and your prescriptions in sufficient quantity for the duration of your stay.
> You must provide emergency medication for diarrhea and/or stomach pains.
> We can find you a doctor quickly, the costs will be at your expense, the time of the appointment will not depend on us.

Scope Applicable from September 2022
These general conditions of sale constitute the basis of the commercial negotiation and are systematically sent or given to each buyer to enable him to place an order. The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the VTC-Riad company and its client within the framework of the following main services: travel, accommodation, services, catering, forums, seminars, entertainment, events, tourism in general, … Any acceptance of the quote/purchase order tacitly includes the clause “I acknowledge having read and I accept the attached general conditions of sale” it implies the buyer’s unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale .
Special conditions may apply to your trip/stays/activity/… they may go beyond the general conditions described here.

Dispute
In case of problem, the court of Meknes will be competent

Payment and Cancellation Clause
Apart from a simple room reservation at the RIAD, that is to say for organized trips, any reservation/order will be validated after deposit:
– Any order/reservation within 60 days of departure must be paid at 50% (ie 30% in addition to the deposit).
– Any order/reservation within 40 days of departure must be paid at 60% (ie 40% in addition to the deposit).
– Any order/reservation within 20 days of departure must be paid at 70% (ie 50% in addition to the deposit).
All services must be fully paid / settled before the start (or from the start) of the activity / stay.
Any late payment may result in the cancellation of the service ordered.
Any late payment will result in penalties.
Deposits and/or payments will be made by transfer to our accounts or by TPE bank cards or in cash on site with an authorized manager.
Cheques are not accepted.
There is no discount on advances.
There is no deferred payment at 30, 45 or 60 days.

Refusal, withdrawal and exclusion
The management (and the supervising personnel) reserves the right to withdraw (all or part) from an activity or it also reserves the right to exclude one (or more) person(s) in the event of danger or in danger, in the event of provocation, in the event of a conflict, in the event of defamation, in the event of alcoholism, in the event of prostitution and any other case relating to health, ethics and the proper functioning of the service.

A withdrawal or exclusion does not lead to reimbursement of the service.

Cancellation and refund
In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit cannot be refunded.
– Cancellation between 90 and 60 days before: 75% of the sums (excluding deposit) can be refunded.
– Cancellation between 60 and 40 days before: 50% of the sums (excluding deposit) can be refunded.
– Cancellation between 40 and 20 days before: 25% of the sums (excluding deposit) can be refunded.
– Cancellation between 20 and 0 days before: no refund.
A cancellation for one of the reasons mentioned in the “Withdrawal and Exclusion” section does not give rise to a refund.

Application fees
Administration fees are sometimes requested for groups. They will be justified in the invoice and/or the order form and/or the reservations.

Currency and exchange rates
VTC-Riad is not required to apply the exact exchange rate at the moment “T” when editing an invoice or a purchase order or a reservation or during a payment.
In most cases, the average rate between two currencies or between currency and money will be more than enough.
